A Classic of The French cuisine: Boeuf Bourguignon

This version is for the bussy people who doesn't have to much time to cook


Ingredients (serves 6 people):
- 800 g (28.22oz  or 1.764 pounds) of beef bourguignon
- 100 g  (3.527oz or 0.22 pounds) of bacon
- 50 g (1.764oz or 3.527 tbsp) butter and 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 / 3 of a liter (0.176 galon) of red wine
- 2 onions
- Garlic
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 bouquet garni (or mixed herbs in french: herbes de province)
- Salt and pepper
- 250 g (8.818oz or 0.551 pounds) of Paris mushrooms (in canned or fresh)

Preparation (15- 20 min): 



 In a pressure cooker, brown the meat and make the bacon in the oil or butter.
Add the onions cut into small pieces.
Add can of mushrooms.
Sprinkle with flour (2 tablespoons).
Mix.
Allow to brown for a moment.
Add the red wine that should cover the meat.
Add salt and pepper.
Add garlic and bouquet garni (or mixed herbs).
Close the pressure cooker.

Cooking time : 60 min

 let's cook at low heat during 60 min and rotate time to time
The boeuf bourguignon could be serve with rice , potatoes or carrots.
