Ingredients (for 2 persons):
- 2 salmon steaks
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 2 tomatoes
- Mixed Herbs (in French: herbe de Provence) , basil
- Salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 2 black olives
- 2 cloves garlic (not too big)
Preparation:
Place each salmon fillet on a separate sheet of aluminum.
Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into thin slices.
Salt and pepper the salmon steaks.
Arrange salmon and put on top of each in turn: 1 slice tomato and 1 slice of mozzarella and 1 slice tomato, etc..
Slice the olives and garlic, sprinkle the 2 salmon steaks, add a little salt, pepper, and sprinkle with herbs.
Pour over each salmon steaks the equivalent of 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
Close each aluminum foil, and arrange in a baking dish.
Put in hot oven (210 ° C / mark 7) for 35 min, the salmon is cooked when his skin is much clearer.
Serve with basmati rice and green salad.
