This is a very nice dessert during the summer or spring
Ingredients (for 2 persons):
- 1 large ripe mango
- 100 ml coconut milk
Preparation:
Peel mango and cut into small pieces.
Mix with the coconut milk.
Pour the mix into two dessert cups and place the cups in the refrigerate (or freezer if you like it very fresh) at least 1 hour.
